    Microsoft remains a major anchor of digital transformation, reporting FY2025 revenue of $281.7 billion, with Azure revenue surpassing $75 billion, up 34%. Amazon generated $717 billion in 2025 revenue, including $129 billion from AWS, which grew 20% year over year.

    AWS also recorded an AI revenue run rate above $15 billion by Q1 2026, while its Graviton, Trainium, and Nitro chip portfolio exceeded a $20 billion annual run rate.     IBM, SAP, and Google further reinforce the Tier-1 group through hybrid cloud, enterprise software, cloud ERP, AI, analytics, and security offerings. Collectively, Microsoft, AWS, Google, IBM, SAP, and Accenture plausibly capture roughly 40–50% of global digital transformation value across cloud infrastructure, AI, data platforms, and consulting.
